1. Patient Discovery
Patients discover clinics through the public booking portal or the patient app, where they can view services and availability.
2. Appointment Booking
Once a slot is selected, XeroQue automatically assigns a token and links it to the patient’s WhatsApp number.
3. Queue Automation
Clinic staff manage appointments from the dashboard. Token status changes trigger WhatsApp notifications automatically.
4. Live Queue Display
Waiting room TVs show the currently served token and upcoming tokens, reducing confusion and physical crowding.
